Dear Warrior Factory Families,
 
In light of COVID-19, The Warrior Factory has been working tirelessly to ensure we continue providing the best and safest experience for all our customers. The following changes and modifications were made based on the safety of our customers and staff in response to COVID-19:

• 30-minute cleaning periods between programming
• Limited capacity- 20 people per Open Class session, Ninja Curriculum Class, Family & Friends Private Play, etc.
• Hand washing stations throughout the facility

The Warrior Factory is also asking customers to consider dropping their child off for all programming.  The following procedures have been developed as part of this process:  An employee of The Warrior Factory will be stationed outside of the facility to receive and guide your child through the entry process.  Prior to entry, a temperature and symptom check will be performed with anyone entering the facility.  Any customers displaying signs of a fever or possible symptoms will be asked to return after being symptom free for at least seventy-two hours.  After screening, customers will be required to use our mobile hand washing station or hand sanitizer before entering the facility. 
If you are not comfortable dropping your child/children off and would like to accompany them into the facility, you will be required to wear a face covering and go through our temperature and symptom check.  In addition, we are limiting the number of non-participants to one parent/guardian per household.  Any non-participant inside of the facility will be required to remain in our designated waiting area.  We are doing this to allow more space for participants to socially distance while waiting for obstacles.
